I always felt that Serpentor as a character was never given the proper respect he deserved. I based this custom on "Alternate Timeframes" Egyptian Pharaoh Serpentor, but I wanted a 25th anniversary look.

In my Joe Universe the Original Serpentor returns thanks his lover, Pythona, and once again becomes a power to be feared. After Cobra Commander's ultimate defeat during World War III, the Coil and the remaining Cobra operatives merge into the Serpent Empire, with an Ouroboros as a sympol.
