Most people have heard about the unproduced 1995 line of GI Joe figures dubbed the Battle Rangers which included an updated Flint and Footloose. What I didn't know about until someone showed me the above pre-production card art was that they planned on re-using some of those figures' parts to create Cutter and the above Shipwreck.

I tried to stick to the card art even giving the knife a silver blade which probably wouldn't have happened.
