That is the only thing written in the file of a man called Sgt. Peal, but known to everyone as "the old man" Some people think he's Chuckles boss, others just think he's good to have around. No one knows for sure who he is or who he works for, or if he even works for anyone at all. He could just be some guy who watched a lot of spy movies and just decided to be a spy himself. As is he is pretty helpful in gathering information on Cobra his intel was essential in planning the assaults on Springfield and in locating Broca beach.
