I created a character named Tempest a few months back out of boredom. The parts I used were 25ths and ROCs. I wanted an updated version of my character using recently released / better parts. And also, I wanted to incorporate imaginary / concept Japanese mythology / mysticism in G.I. Joe Reloaded universe, so this second version of Tempest was born. I think I want to explore Tempest's universe. I want to custom either, the Nishida Clan leader or the goddess of the East wind next. :)
