Ok, so this one was a bit of an Easter Egg when I ran my Joe's Cantina story. Various members of the site have appeared so far, some overtly, and some... less so.

Consider this one of the less expressed representations, even if somewhat transparent nonetheless.

In the story, this vagrant was initially overlooked when the investigation into who shot Marshal Spinner focused initially on Cantina owner, JG Pluvinksi.
