Not much is known about Tidal, other than she hails from somewhere in the former Soviet Union. One theory is she is former KGB, others will tell you she's ex-Oktober Guard. What is known is she is an expert at underwater demolitions and has a penchant for knives and torture. As leader of Destro's naval arm of the Iron Grenadiers, the world's oceans have become a lot more deadly.

Unfotunately, her face has come out slightly blotched in the picture. I gave her a light silver wash to make her look wet, and I'm guessing that's what caused the odd coloration.
