Body and Head: 25th Anniversary comic twopack General Hawk.
Arms: Indiana Jones' Mutt Williams
Trench coat: Indiana Jones' Monkeyman robe (modified)
Skull mask: Indiana Jones' Cemetary Warrior ( mask is removable and is held on with an elastic strap)

I thought about making my own Frank "Punisher" Castle figure for sometime. When I saw the skull mask and robe from the Indiana Jones figures, I descided to make a more urban style Punisher. Mutt's arms proved to be most difficult because the pegs don't match Hawk's torso. Even after modifying they were still loose but once the coat was on the arms became tight. The removable skull mask was the fun part (I will go into details for anybody whom whats to make their own) First, using a small flat head screwdriver carefully pry up the mask at both edges near the checks and teeth (the lower jaw is molded with the head). After the mask is lifted up enough, you will see that it is glued and pegged at the forehead. The glue will separate with a little force but first use an X-acto blade to cut the peg. Now that the mask is free, shave off the hair on the top. To make the mask strap, poke a hole (I used the pointed tool from a sculpting kit) into the sides near the temples. Take a piece of wire (any size as long it fits in the hole twice) feed it through the hole once then loop it and feed it back through. DO NOT PULL THE WIRE THROUGH!!! Take a piece of the clear elastic band (they are found wrapped around a weapon and hand of a GIJoe) and cut it once so that there is a long straight piece. Insert one end of the band into the loop in the wire (leave extra to grab once through). Holding the elastic band (with plenty of band) in one hand and the wire in the other, pull the wire through the mask which will pull the elastic band (similar to threading a needle). You should now have the elastic band running through the hole in the mask. Take the two ends of the elastic and make a knot, add a drop of glue so that the knot stays ( I use quick-grip). Repeat the process for the other side (be sure that the band is tight so that the mask stays on the head). Let the glue dry. After dried, you can paint the mask. Finally, slip the mask on your figure's melon and you are done. This will also work for other masks.
As you can see, from the photo, ol' Frankie is standing in an armory/ shooting range. That will be posted as Punisher's Garage.
