Union Jack is a masked vigilante operating out of London. From time to time he feeds information to the SAS and GI Joe when his activities bring him into Cobra circles. Little is known of his past or identity, but his information is always reliable, and his assistance is welcome. He is proficient in most small arms and is an excellent marksman. He has shown to be a formidable hand to hand combatant and posseses extreme agility, showing a possible gymnast past.
