I based this custom off of the nineteen ninety eight Rattler 4WD Driver, Ann A. Conda a.k.a. Vypra. The background story on her filecard always sounded more like a Dreadnok then a Cobra agent, or maybe like she worked for both like Copperhead. I also always thought that her being a Jinx repaint seemed a bit off. Although when I started this one I was intending her to be Evy the female Range Viper from the DIC series, when it was finished it had a completely different feel.
