Vulff Hoffman is a notorious former Soviet hardliner, who has retired into the private sector, making his fortune as a mercenary cum warlord, sowing and reaping havoc throughout the former Soviet Bloc. A veteran of the tragic TV Wars, he has a great dislike for the Orient, and often funnels his efforts into creating discord in the region. He has come head to head with Lance Sputnik twice in the last 6 months, culminating in a deadly showdown in a frozen, snow covered Dacha on the plains of eastern Siberia. He was last seen staggering, wounded, into a blizzard.
