This Wild Bill custom figure was based on the 1992 figure version which was my first ever Wild Bill. Sadly, I don't have it anymore. I saw an old picture of my childhood G.I. Joe collection and saw Wild Bill and it made me want to customize my favorite cowboy. This figure was made out of some custom fodder that I thought at first, I could never use. But now, I was able to make Wild Bill out of them! LOL
