In my Joeverse, Wild Bill is your long, tall Texan who fancies himself as a country-western singer, but can't carry a tune in a bucket. He's an old school cowboy who still says, "howdy" and tips his hats to ladies. I also envision Wild Bill as a O-1 2nd LT who pilots AH-64 Apache helicopters, serving with the 1st Cavalry Division, and a member of the Order of the Spurs.

I liked the Dragonhawk version of WB best, but wanted to add some much needed longer arms.
