Upper arms. Torpedo's (v1) 1983

A friend of min wanted a Tiger Force version of Wild Bill. I got my inspiration from the never produced Hasbro version, but I changed the colour scheme, to make him fit the rest of the TF universe better. You can compare the two versions in the picture above.

Modifications:
The only thing I modded on this custom are the upper arms. To avoid obvious paint rub, I changed Wild Bill's upper arms for Torpedo's, since they're black and have a similar shape.
