Inspired by sgcaper's Side Track custom, which used a Torch head, I made my own version of that figure, and then used Ripper for White Out. This was one of the first figures I made in my series of customs of RAH recruits from the years 1998-2002. Basically, a simple head swap with some paint touch-ups and new gear. I made White Out a communications expert to distance him from Snow Job a little bit.
