I had TRU Doc out of the package for maybe ten minutes before I started taking him apart. I think reducing the number of colors and using a bigger head goes along way. This guy is meant to be from the Coast Guard, an Arctic Rescue Specialist. I'm leaning towards the code name Walrus. I also considered Bowhead (a type of whale), Otter, and Squall.

I cheated a bit with the head, in that I didn't modify it at all, so he's got an eye patch and a slot in his head under the helmet. Maybe some day I'll switch it out for something I can display.
