I have been wanting Zap for a long time. I have tried to pick one up at Action Figure shows or Ebay, but I have never been successful finding one or winning the bid.

I picked up an extra Breaker and Steeler and thought with a head switch and an added mustache I would have my Zap.

It was an easy custom to do, and it keeps the look of the original Joes. Plus having the original bazooka laying around from an accessory pack was the final touch I really liked.
