Inspector Zenigata is a constant thorn in Lupin's side. He is a dedicated Interpol agent who is always one step behind Lupin. Lupin refers to him as pops and is constantly rubbing his successes in the inspector's face. One thing the inspector succeeds at is keeping Lupin on his toes. Zenigata pursues Lupin for his indiscretions against the occasional museum or private collector. He quietly is proud of Lupin's scores when it comes to his thefts from Cobra. Zenigata works hard and is at home doing his investigative research in the office or in the field kicking down doors.
