Muskrat is one of those Joes that was always kinda cool to me. but the top hat and surf board just did not sit well with me.
Yeah kinda goofy looking in ARAH form I wanted a more real world look to him, plus I wanted him to tie in to the ROC theme as well.
I also wanted a kinda dirty look for him as well, really who crawls around through swamps and such and stays clean right?
