Dr. Cassandra Knox is a top scientist for Cobra, working hand in hand with Dr. Mindbender, Dr. Venom, Scalpel, Dr. Appel, and Dr. Biggle-Jones on all experiments.

Her talents have provided valuable assets to Cobra, and have allowed them to succeed on many missions. Her loyalty has been questioned, but for now, she remains a member of the Cobra staff, albeit, one that is under close scrutiny, whether she realizes it or not.
