Trying to make use of a figure I didn't really need as well as a Ripcord head I had. Figured I would add another figure to my SWAT unit in the process by making Bullet-Proof. I felt the RoC Shockblast figure would make a good body and while the Ripcord head doesn't really look much like Bulletproof, it suits my purposes well enough. The Night Creeper vest gives him some body armor and I think the Snake Eyes bandolier works as a callback to his Vintage figure.
