Mutant or Don is the latest gang craze. They all dress the same and speak in a choppy mix of English and slang. They join whatever group represents anarchy or fighting the system and bow to the most powerful leader. Mutant is the first to join the Dreadnoks and pledge allegiance to Zartan. It is not known how many of these have joined, but if they join in mass the Dreadnoks will have an unmatched number of foot soldiers willing to follow their lead!
