I've always liked the look of Spearhead's figure. Didn't so much care for the colors, but the sculpt was good. His v1 figure looked unfinished to me with the chest being mostly unpainted. I did like his Night Force colors much better so when I began to put together a modern figure for him, I wanted to go in that direction. I thought the v2 Snake Eyes figure was pretty much perfect as is and only needed a suitable vest. When the Marauders set was released I thought that Lowlight's vest would be perfect without any painting too. The only real painting I did here was on the accessories, including Max. I'm not sure how big bobcats usually are, but poor Max there looks pretty small compared to Spearhead and so looks more like a housecat because of that.
