Hit & Run was one of my favorite Joes out of the second best year, 1988. I wanted to do a PoC inspired update, but stay close to his original look.

His gear came together easily once I found a few parts. His rucksack was made using the inner workings of a Rise of Cobra Snake-eyes backpack and the hook from a Sgt. Hacker figure. It works just like the ARAH pack, able to have the hook pulled out and retracted.
