Born to a family of gun enthusiasts, Shooter was around guns his entire life. he loved the way guns worked, and their effects. often times he wouldn't do his homework so he could shoot with his father. Hawk scooped him up in Vietnam, where he was and infantryman doubling as a sniper. He was the designer of the laser rifle all the GI Joe troopers hold in battle.
