After Golobulus had fallen, Nemesis Enforcer went mad, destroying everything in his path. Then he fled the battle to recoup. GI Joe would have none of it. Falcon and a crew of others tracked him down. It took 12 men and a host of specialized weapons to bring him down. But once he was down they did their worst. They cut off his wings and tentacles, broke the blades from his arms, and then crushed his body when they collapsed the cave around him. But the Commander was not going to let his brother die so easily. He found him, rebuit him and convinced him that he was the one who was protecting Cobra La. Waging a war without Cobra La, Golobulus would not let a former underling have the glory, and tried to intervene. Now the Commander was in charge of Cobra La's protection. Nemesis needed no more convincing. He would protect and serve Cobra La's leader. His first mission was a present - track and kill Falcon. He always catches his prey! And with his new mechanical wings and lower legs he has the tools once again to take flight and attack from above. With a respirator he can even go under water now. He is now the perfect hunter.

My Joe verse pretty much sprang from lack of imagination. I wanted to create some cool customs but, had no background for them. It felt kind of empty without a story. So I gave them one. I enjoyed making these and have run out of ideas. I have some new Joes in mind for the new war but haven't completed them yet.
