I was really excited about the 12" Man of Evil figure when the GIJCC announced it a couple of years ago. What I wasn't excited about was the wait for it to be mailed to my house. So I made a mold of a Foreign Head GI Joe and made my own. To simulate the scar on his face I used and X-Acto knife to carve where I wanted the scar to be and then painted in the features. When I was finished I had a Man of Evil that I actually liked better than the one the club did. I then dressed him in a WWII German Army Officer uniform I had, because he looked perfect for it.
