H.E.L.P.eR., short for Humanoid Electric Lab Partner Robot , was created by Jonas Venture. He was created to safeguard Rusty on the many perilous adventures they went on together. He was also designed as a care giver and friend to Rusty. He continued to do so for the Venture family after Rusty became an adult, now watching over his sons Hank and Dean. The Joes do not recognize him as a member of the GI Joe force but he goes where the Ventures venture!
