Major Barrage Resurrected!

Serving as a Navy Seal for most of his adult life, Major Barrage was recruited into the GI Joe ranks where he quickly made a splash leading the HEART (Heavy Artillery and Reconnaissance Team). With his team usually in the reserves, he's usually sent off on solo missions around the world destroying small cobra forces seeking to install new headquarters. There is no need for stealth as he battles the enemy head on with enough ammo to level at least three Terrordromes. He's usually recalled to lead the GI Joe team in battle where Cobra's forces are at their heaviest
