As a guardian for M.A.R.S. Industries secret facilities, the M.A.R.S. Security Officer is well armed, well trained, and ever mindful of the threat posed by operatives from nations and organizations eager to pry. One day, he and his companions will form the ranks of an even greater military organization; one whose leader has yet to rise.
I was inspired by the 2012 G.I. Joe Club 12" Membership figure: the "Man of Evil" to create a supporting cast member with a similar background. The theme implied that early operations of M.A.R.S. Industries occurred in the 1970's during the era of the G.I. Joe Adventure Team. While creating a realistic villain for the Adventure Team, the idea also bridged the story lines between the A.T. and the Real American Hero Joes.
