Stan (The Man) Lee is part of the marketing/PR department of the GI Joe Team. During the heyday of the Joes (1980's,) Stan was responsible for creating a comic book series about the exploits of the GI Joe Team and their main adversary, Cobra. This led to disbelief by the general populace that such a team could even exist.

Job well done, Stan!

I know I'm not the first to use this parts combo to create this, but it works real well for a simple civilian - the head needed a little boring out to fit the Indiana Jones body, and I went over the exposed skin of the IJ fig to better match the paint I used on the head.
