Miss Fear is the head of the Coil's Asian division, covering everything from China and Russia, to Japan. In addition, as the first assassin to have joined the Coil Command, she has taken a leading role on training the other assassins and their teams.

She is one of Hannibal's most trusted confidantes, and frequently joins him on travel arrangements to make sure he is safe at all times.
