This figure is just one of those I-Just-Wanted-To-Custom-Something-Out-Of-Unused-Fodders custom figures. LOL One of my earliest custom figure was Joe Colton based on the 90's mail away figure, but I don't have it anymore. I wanted a new Joe Colton based on the Viper Lockdown figure for my collection display but I don't have the parts available. So I just ended up with this concept Joe Colton. Hope you guys like it. :)
