Muerto is the Range Vipers' South American specialist. Tasked with causing as much turmoil as he can in various South American countries. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and local dialects Muerto acts as a tourist as he seeks out targets and gathers information, then when it is time to strike he gears up and dons his mask, made from a human skull. He uses his visage to strike fear into superstitious locals.
