Cobra Tele-Vipers handle 75% of Cobra communications. Radio-Men handle the other 25%. Radio-Men are Troopers of Vipers who show an affinity for radio usage, usually former HAM operators or former members of other amateur radio operator groups.

Sign-Off has exceptional skill and has turned down Tele-Viper school on multiple occasions. He prefers being on the front lines of jungle combat with his weapon of choice, his trusty shotgun.
