Base figure - Kilowog 3.75" GL Series

It's Zartan who disguises himself in order to infiltrate G.I. Joe prisons to free captive Cobras. But what if Zartan's the captive? Cobra searched for another operative capable of disguise and they've found Clay Face!

I really wanted to customize Clay Face. But I just didn't know which base figure to use. Finding Kilowog of the 3.75" Green Lantern series was purely accidental when I visited a local toy shop. When I saw it, BAM! I knew I could finally customize Clay Face.
