Everything: '87 Mercer

Tiger Force missions don't always call for direct action, the majority of the team's roles are in an training, advisory or a logistical capacity. However, sometimes direct action is called for, and that's when Mercer is sent in. The former Viper turned Joe is not afraid to get his hands dirty and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

This is a pretty simple repaint. I like both the '87 and '91 Mercer figures. I opted to go with the original figure here.
