No longer serving as a member of the Sky Patrol following its repurposing, Airwave was hand selected by Hawk for his new Sonic Fighter initiative. Cobra has been hard at work creating new and very destructive Sonic weapons including the construction of a transportable Sonic Weapons platform. Where other Joe's may succumb to intense vertigo from Cobra's Sonic Weapons, Airwave has the ability to is hone in on the source of audible wave frequency. However, its not just about finding the target, its also about neutralizing it, which is why Airwave brings along with him his Sonic Neutralization cannon.

This custom is a pretty simple repaint but I dig the way he turned out. The Long Range mold has a lot of great details that unfortunately got lost in the bland coloring.
