Cobra's new Sonic Weapons just became a lot more dangerous in the hands of one of the organizations most mysterious and deadly operatives, the Steel Cobra.
Cobra De Aco is equipped with a rapid charging Sonic Pulse laser rifle capable of ripping a hole through an armored MOBAT, or completely vaporizing an unfortunate Joe.

This figure was originally intended to be an all new, different character. However, as he was in the works, I was putting some other custom projects together and started putting together a new De Aco figure. It turned out that the De Aco I was putting together and this guy were sharing some of the same parts. It occurred to me that instead of creating a new character in this case, I could turn this into a De Aco figure.
