Kosa grew up a fan of all things Sci-Fi and tech related. He had an affinity not only for electronics but mechanical engineering. Upon joining Cobra he learned the ins and outs of all the vehicles and armor in the motor pool. He is capable of stripping a Hiss Tank to nuts and bolts and putting it back together with nothing more then a screw driver, some duct tape, a paper clip, and chewing gum. At least that's what they say around the motor pool.

When I was designing this figure I wanted to really update the look and the Duke torso was perfect for that. I knew I wanted to use the gear from the TV figure so I found arms that would work with the gauntlets, cut the chest protector out from the bulky vest and put it all together.
