I liked the Snake Eyes mold and wanted to use it on someone else. I didn't like barefooted Nunchuk. So the two came together.

Nunchuk was retired from action and had opened a Dojo in New York City. He learned that GI Joe had reformed but had no desire to rejoin the team. That lasted until he received a call that Jinx needed his help to train new recruits for a hostage rescue team. When he arrived on base Nunchuk found his old friend TJ'Bang and together they began joking about Ninja Force. Some other overheard and thanks to them this new assignment became known as a new Ninja Force. The name may be a joke to some but Nunchuk has taken his training assignment serious and with his help Jinx has been able to lead several rescue missions successfully.
