I've always liked Chuckles, but he never got much use from me as a kid becuase of his design. While not bad, the Hawaiian shirt limited my use of him.
I like to envision Chuckles performing a variety of roles within my Joe team. He can't always be undercover...Cobra's surely learned about him at this point in time.
Anyway, one of his roles includes intelligence gathering and I wanted to put together a figure that would work in the field with other Joe's

This was a pretty simple custom looking to make Chuckles more usable in my Joeverse. I have another custom of this character in more casual attire for counterintelligence operations.
