Big Boa is Cobra's premier trainer. He trains all of Cobra Command in physical fitness, and his expectations are always high.
He's since been given an expanded role, and is now also tasked with training new Viper recruits in the field. When taking newbies into a warzone he equips himself with state of the art kevlar mesh body armor and an air-cooled rapid fire mini-gun firing depleted uranium rounds.
Its speculative by Joe Intelligence as to who has more Viper casualties, the Joe's...or Big Boa.

This custom was peiced together because I wanted a Big Boa figure that expanded his role within Cobra to get a little more use from me as a character.
This custom marks my first attempt at hollowing out a head and it turned out pretty well. Unfortuantely most Joe's have large noggins, and I was not able to find a suitable head to go underneath except fot a Comic Pack Steeler. Unfortunately that Steeler head has a really long neck, which is pretty evident here.
I also modified the Fast Draw torso by sanding down the edges of the shoulder and added a non-removable knife.
