Long Haul has been a Joe since the beginning, and you just never knew it! Its not that his work is ultra hush hush or his existence known only to the top brass, its just that he has one of the less flashy roles on the GI Joe team. He's not a frontline combatant, but rather works as the teams logistics specialist moving equipment by land from one command post to another or delivering supplies to the Pitt.
He's transported everthing from armored vehicles and new recruits to nuclear warheads, and even a 28 member brass band. He's qualified to operate the Joe's APC, and Thunderclap, but and Joe's in the field supplies using his moderately armored and armed big rig simply called "Convoy".

Long Haul has one of the most important jobs on the team, and he doesn't need the spotlight or shiny metals, he just wants to carry out the task he's given and make it back home to his family.

I picked up one of those big TRU Rocket Haulers, and thought it be great for the Joe team. It needed a driver however, so this character was created.
The big challenge with this custom was using the Back Blast head. It's so distinctive and I didn't want it to look like Back Blast. This Joe is older anyway, so it made sense to color his hair.
