The original Flint figure is a pretty Iconic toy, well, to me anyway. He's also my favorite Joe character, and one that I use quite a bit.
As much as I like the original figure, it often looks small when next to later ARAH figures. The idea behind this figure was to retain the look and feel of the original but update him in such a way that he fits in better with later year ARAH figures.
Overall, I was really happy with how he turned out.
