Strong Bad is Big Boa's sparring partner, used to demonstrate a particular fighting move to blueshirts, before Big Boa would move on to showing the fighting move to the troops in a more individualized manner.

Strong Bad is, by his very nature, very resilient. He has the ability to take a near-death beating, and come up joking for the next round. A person would never know that he felt anything at all, if it weren't for his online blog and fan-response email podcast.
