When the original Skull Buster figure came out in the later release of the ARAH line, I thought the character was cool, but wished he was more than just a Range Viper repaint.

With this custom, I wanted to make a figure that would fit in well with the Range Vipers, but was distinct enough to be his own character.
The one thing I wanted to do with this custom, but have never gotten around to it, is painting a skull on the mask. I'm always been torn on whether it would look better with or without the skull.
