Body: Retaliation Snake Eyes
Upper arms: RoC Arctic Threat Storm Shadow
Web gear: Retaliation Cobra Trooper

I wanted to fix the articulation that was lacking from the retail release of Hawkeye. In the process I discovered that the Retaliation Snake Eyes body is a great base body. I also added some swivel articulation in the calves so he would have the best of both worlds. Although the torso here is bigger than the one the head came off of, it oddly looked to big on this torso, so I added the web gear before attaching the quiver to it, which I feel did the trick.
