This is an alternate universe, sort of 'What If?', version of Doctor Mindbender. The concept is based on the idea that before Rise of Cobra was even cast, or anything, Arnold Vosloo was always my first choice to play Mindbender in a live action movie. So after Rise of Cobra came out, and fodder became plentiful, I decided to use my casting choice, and plug him into the visual theme of that movie, while trying to remain true to his roots at the same time.

I feel like I captured all of those points.
