The first time the Project Giveback box went around, I dug through that sucker like a grave robber. Then I spent a few days throwing together a bunch of LBCs, some of which later got a few minor paint tweaks.

This is one of the ones I really liked the parts combination for, but never really got around to fleshing out a personality for. I use him to fill out the ranks of my MP squad. He's on the night shift at Checkpoint Alpha.
