The first time the Project Giveback box went around, I dug through that sucker like a grave robber. Then I spent a few days throwing together a bunch of LBCs, some of which later got a few minor paint tweaks.

I always felt it was silly for the GI Joe team to only have the one MP guy, so I wanted to make a few more, even if it was just as background characters. This is one of the ones I liked enough that he's remained intact, and got a little paint to change him up a bit.
